- Pro Tiers: Higher resolution videos (1080p, 4K, 8K) with all durations (10s, 30s, 1min, 5min, 10min, 30min, 1hour) and multiple formats (MP4, WebM, MOV), available as one-time purchases with lifetime access.
- To access Pro features, you must sign in using your Google account via Google OAuth.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur through your account on our Service.
- You must not share your account access or download links with others.
- Pro tier purchases are one-time payments processed through our payment provider Creem. All prices are in USD.
- Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to download video files at your purchased resolution tier and below.
- Each Pro tier includes all lower-tier capabilities (e.g., Pro 4K includes 1080p access).
- No refunds will be issued for digital downloads once the purchase is completed, except where required by applicable law.
- We do not offer subscriptions, credits, or prorated upgrades. To access a higher tier, you pay the full price of the new tier.
Upon downloading a video file (free or purchased), you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the video for:
- Personal projects
- Commercial projects (YouTube videos, presentations, streaming, testing, etc.)
- Editing, trimming, or incorporating into other works
You may not:
- Redistribute or resell the raw video files as-is
- Claim ownership of the original video files
- Use the files in any way that violates applicable law
- The blackscreenvideo.com website, its design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- The video files you download are licensed to you under the terms above. We retain ownership of the original files.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls to download Pro content without purchase
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to mass-download files
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in any illegal activity
- Share, resell, or distribute your download links to others

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
